AgriStaff USA is growing and expanding! We are looking for a motivated individual who is interested in furthering their career and growing with our company. We are seeking an ambitious self-starter to be a Bilingual Administrative and Recruiting Assistant. This position includes a mixture of administrative duties, human resource management, and customer relations. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Search, recruit, and interview quality candidates
Identify and place candidates at the right position based on employee’s information
Assist in building a candidate pool of varied skills, backgrounds, and industry preferences
Conduct scheduled and walk-in interviews including collecting proper I9 documentation
Conduct background checks, reference checks, and previous employment checks.
Assist in maintaining employee files, company paperwork, and other organizational duties
Assist in maintaining website and social media avenues
Communicate with current and potential clients with regards to employees
Occasionally travel to job fairs, meetings, etc.
Manage the office while team members are away and/or manage time on the road efficiently
Assist in other projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will:
Be efficient using computers, the Microsoft Office Suite, and our Applicant Tracking System
Be able to work both individually and within a team
Take initiative and provide feedback on operation improvements
Must have great people skills and be comfortable holding detailed phone conversations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Candidate is required to be bilingual, including the ability to speak, read, and write both English and Spanish.
High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledgeable using computers, the Microsoft Office Suite, and our Applicant Tracking System.
Experience in the dairy industry helpful, but not required.
