Frankie Rodriguez is the Co-Founder and Placement Specialist at AgriStaff USA. He is available for on-site consultations and excels at mediation and conflict resolution.

Frankie was born in New York City and spent much of his childhood being raised on a Paso Fino horse breeding farm in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico.

After high school Frankie became involved in the staffing industry. He worked for a New York City staffing firm during its formation years. It was during this time that Frankie developed a passion for the staffing industry.

Eventually Frankie wound up back in the equine field managing horse farms. Most recently he worked at a high-performance dressage farm as the head groom and enjoyed spending the winter months in Wellington, FL.

Frankie enjoys baseball, spending time with his dog, Shanna, being outdoors, and keeping up on the Paso Fino world.
