Parlor Manager

Hiring an experience, bilingual Parlor Manager for a dairy Northwest of Fond du Lac, WI. Duties include: Milking one shift per day, or 3-4x per week. Manage mastitis treatment and protocols, parlor maintenance, manager milkers and create/manage their schedule. Other herdsman skills include: AI, push cows. Posibility of promotion to higher management level after 1 year. The ideal candidate will have previous management skills, be bilingual, be a strong leader, and have herdsman or cow management experience. Experience with machinery and parlor technology a plus.
