AgriStaff USA is hiring an Office Manager - Accountant for a local Sheboygan Falls area business. This full-time, permanent position consists of:
-Prepare and submit monthly invoices
-Monitor and reconcile bank accounts
-Make any and all journal entries
-Work with tax accountant as needed
-Examine A/P and A/R reports for accuracy
-Perform month end procedures
-Process year-end reporting
Supervise all office personnel
-Create and maintain spreadsheets
-Work on and coordinate special projects as requested
-Manage HR for all companies
Requirements:
-Degree or equivalent experience in accounting or office management
-Strong leadership skills
-Detail-oriented and self-motivated
-Knowledge of QuickBooks
-Skilled in MS Excel and Word
